We offer different solutions to match your needs and those of your organization.
We use a fair-support policy. We do not impose a hard limit on the amount of support that we provide. But there are (soft) limits to the amount of support that we can reasonably provide for the prices as listed above. Therefore, if these limits are reached, we reserve the right to limit the amount of support that we provide. We will always do so in good communication with you, and we will offer alternatives. But the decision about if and when these limits are reached is up to us.
We use Freshdesk as our support-ticket system. You will receive one or multiple (depending on the support product) accounts. This is our main communication channel.
We host a Mattermost server for communication. If you purchase organizational support, we will create a team for your organization at chat.cogsci.nl/[organization name]. You can use for this communication within your organization and for communication with us, although our primary channel of communication for support is always the support-ticket system. You can create unlimited accounts on this server. There is a file-upload limited of 100 MB.
Prices as listed above do not include value-added tax (VAT). If you or your organization has a European VAT number that is not registered in the Netherlands, then you will receive an invoice with the prices as listed above, and VAT will be "reverse-charged". In all other cases, you or your organization will receive an invoice that includes 21% VAT in addition to the prices as listed above. This is stipulated by European tax law.
